With years of experience, Rooks County Health Center prepares healthy, home cooked meals that often incorporate the local German and French heritages. The kitchen staff strives to meet each patient’s satisfaction while adhering to dietary guidelines set by the patient’s doctor.

  • Therapeutic Diets: The Dietary Department provides therapeutic diets, per doctor's orders, for patients needing special meals for their individual needs while they are an inpatient in the hospital.

  • Cafeteria Style Meals: We provide cafeteria style meals for the staff, patient’s families, visitors, emergency room patients and outpatients.

  • Catered Meals: We have catered meals for our local community groups, as well as our own special hospital meetings or dinners. We provide meals for our annual Health Fair that the hospital provides for the public.
