Rooks County Health Center service area highlighted in green. This geographical area has a population of approx. 30,000 people.

The current facility is located within the town of Plainville at 304 S. Colorado Street. The proposed site of the new hospital is one mile north on highway 183 on 33.5 acres directly on the east side of the highway, which is more accessible to our service area and to our emergency care vehicles.
