The staff of Rooks County Health Center votes by secret ballot for this honor. This year, there was a tie for Employee of the Year. This speaks highly of the caliber of people we have working at RCH.
Kandie Morain is a dedicated, hard working employee. She has one of the most important jobs in the hospital. She works with a positive attitude, has initiative, is accurate, and accepts responsibility - all of which we are thankful for. This past year, she was nominated and named Employee of the Month by her co-workers. Click here to read her nominations. Kandie is a Patient Account Representative for RCH and also works as Kathy Ramsay's assistant.
Kathy Ramsay is also a dedicated, hard working employee. She embodies our Cultural Code of Conduct and Mission Statement of compassion, competency, innovation, integrity, quality, teamwork and wisdom. This past year, she received several Above & Beyond the Call of Duty Awards. Kathy is the Communications & Development Director for RCH and also serves as the Executive Director of the Rooks County Healthcare Foundation.
