Employee of the Month
May 2010
Michele Hinger was selected as Employee of the Month for May 2010. Michele has worked for RCH since February 1994 and currently serves as the interim DON. She was nominated by Lenee Horting.
Lenee said, "Michele has been WONDERFUL since she has assumed DON duties. We have been busy in the ER and on the floor and she has been more than willing to jump in and help. She has come in for emergency procedures when not on call and she has stayed for 24 + hours to help mentor a fellow nurse taking care of an OB. There have been many days that she has stayed well past her 'scheduled hours' to help nursing. There have been many days that she was here until 7:30-8:00 pm helping out. She DESERVES to be EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!"
