Employee of the Month
October 2009
Sami Werner was selected as Employee of the Month for October 2009. Sami has worked at RCH since March 1995. She was nominated by everyone in her department.
Lisa Rozean said, "Sami has put in countless hours to make sure everything runs smoothly in the lab. She is dedicated to having a top notch lab."
Joe Brewster said, "Sami has been very helpful if I have any issues. She has also gone the extra mile to make sure I am getting trained thoroughly and that I am comfortable with all aspects of what we do in the lab. She makes sure to work around my wife's schedule for the benefit of my two children so they only spend minimal time at daycare."
Mark Waggoner said, "Sami covered call for me when I was sick. Greatly appreciated."
Beverly Rama said, "Despite a hurt leg, she is an inspiration for her dedication to her job and getting things ready for our state inspection."
Pamela Uy said, "I've never seen a person so dedicated to her work not until I met Sami. She's also very organized and that helps our work run smooth and easy in the lab. And it's also nice of her (and Tonya too) to bake cake for us on our birthdays. She has her own way of touching people's lives!"
Tonya Bethel said, "Sami is an excellent supervisor! She is so dedicated to perfection & everything is so well organized. She has put in countless hours to get ready for our state inspection. I am so glad to have her as my boss. She helps make the hours at work enjoyable."
