Rooks County Health Center (RCH) has an immediate opening for a Director of Nursing Services to join our professional health care team. RCH is a Critical Access Hospital offering a wide range of health care services. The Director must lead nursing service to excellence in patient care. The individual will be responsible for the management of the nursing staff including maintaining nursing licenses, standards of care, ensuring compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations, budgetary development and administering nursing service. Applicants must possess a current Kansas Registered Nurse license, BSN preferred, 3-5 years experience in nurse management and strong leadership skills. The individual will be responsible for evaluation, planning, administering therapy and oversight of COTA.
