Dr. Curtis is a native of Hays and western Kansas. After serving a three year Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, Dr. Curtis moved back to Kansas. He then joined the Cotton-O'Neil Clinic in Topeka where he practiced general and Interventional Cardiology for fourteen years.
Dr. Curtis moved back to Hays in 2002 and now practices at the DeBakey Heart Institute at Hays Medical Center.
