Chuck has served on the Board of Directors for the past 6 years. He wanted to serve on the board simply because he wanted to do all he could to help preserve and improve our rural health care services. Chuck considers the staff of Rooks County Health Center to be its greatest asset.

Chuck graduated from Fort Hays State University and is the CEO of the Dessin Fournir Companies. He has been married to his wife, Shirley, for 30 years. They have three children; Adam 24, Alex 21 and Colin 13. They enjoy going to the lake for weekend breaks, cooking, antiquing, watching movies, renovating old buildings and vacationing in warm climates.
